Entreployee Declaration of Interdependence Version 1.0

Entreployees are primary capital investors who seek to maximize the impact, value and return on their investment. The old organizational concept of the employer/employee relationship is on borrowed time.

Entreployees invest more primary capital when the organization represents a synergistic opportunity platform, with an organizational structure and complementary resources to best leverage their investment.

Entreployees retain a measurable proprietary interest in every project in which they work.

Entreployees work with organizations who understand that proprietary interest is the ultimate manifestation of economic self-determination.

Entreployees are mutually interdependent. Each entreployee interacts within a valuetream, consisting of a supportstream, from which one derives value, and a servicestream, to which one delivers increased value.

Entreployee net value is the difference between the primary capital one receives from one's supportstream and the increased primary capital one delivers to one's servicestream.

A linear increase in entreployee freedom to interact outside traditional corporate boundaries to create one's own value networks, increases wealth exponentially.

Morality is profitable. Integrity, gratitude, fairness and effectiveness are the cornerstones of entreployee conduct.
